Refund policy

Please allow a 7-14 business day TAT on made to order items for your order to ship. Items are handmade to order unless they are listed as RTS. Ready to ship items will ship in 2-5 business days. 

Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays not included.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since usps delivery or pick up notification, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/store credit or exchange unless it is a shop error. Custom items are non refundable, no exceptions. This includes tees AND all graphic apparel in which you chose the color. 


To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will NOT accept items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way from the original condition from which it left our facility. Items must be returned/postmarked with 7 days of return/exchange request.

If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, or post marked beyond 7 days from the return initiated date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted.

Refunds are only processed in the form of store credit. All clearance/last chance items are non-refundable, no exceptions. Mystery bow bags are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately “last chance” items cannot be refunded. This does not include brand rep discount code items.

Defective/Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if there is a defect. We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged subject to availability. If items cannot be replaced, we offer a refund. Please notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at rebelranchboutique23@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
